Apple picking in the Hudson Valley

Two farms on this site print a U-pick. Fishkill Farms wants a reservation for the rows. Locust Grove Fruit Farm prints weekend stand hours and does not print the months.

  1. Fishkill Farms

Hopewell Junction. Pick-your-own is booked on their website, crop by crop. They do not take that reservation by phone. The store, the café, and the Treasury Cider Bar do not need a picking ticket. In late September and October they say the donut line runs long on weekend afternoons.

  2. Locust Grove, on the Highland listing

199 North Road in Milton, on the Highland listing because that is where we checked the farm page. Their page lists a U-pick and a farm stand, Saturday and Sunday, 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. It does not print which months, and it does not itemize the stand. Read locustgrovefruitfarm.com the week you go.
