The original Wolff's, in a former firehouse on Broadway in Albany's Warehouse District, open since 2009. Communal tables, German-style food, soccer on the televisions. They have since opened other rooms. This is the first one.

895 Broadway, Albany, is the original. Schenectady and Syracuse are other rooms. Dogs are allowed if they are leashed. A birthday boot is a house promo. Ask the rules at the bar.

Their site says the Albany building was Engine Company 3 and sat empty after the fire company left. Wolff's opened in 2009. Dogs are welcome on a leash. It is a beer garden and a soccer bar, not a hall built for a tour group.

The state page says seasonal produce, cheeses, baked goods, and cider. Farms it names include Bee Hollow Farm, Big Sky Farm, Bulich Creekside Farm, Dancing Goose Farm, Fresh Starts Family Farm, Maynard Farms and Orchards, and Morning Pine Acres. Bakers and prepared-food stalls are on the same list.
Season. The state page says Wednesdays, 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. It does not print the months. Check the page before you treat a Wednesday as a market day.
